Construction Progress Update

September 2025

Construction across all sites is progressing steadily — Tapi plinth and ground floor work are ongoing with column casting and slab shuttering next in 30 days. Amazon A & B Wings plinth work is in progress, expected to finish within a month, followed by column and slab work. Danube site excavation has started, with plinth completion targeted in 60 days. TMC Market Building foundation work is underway after excavation completion, requiring about 1–1.5 months. TMT Bus Depot pile work will begin within a week, with a 60-day plinth target. Work continues 12–18 hours daily

Overall, all project sites are moving forward as per schedule, ensuring steady progress toward the next stages of development. The next detailed construction update will be shared with you by the fourth week of November.
